About
By understanding how trauma is experienced through the Central Nervous System and having strategies to self-regulate, we can provide ourselves and our children with the means to improve their relationships with the Self and others; increase productivity and success in all endeavours and bring more connection, joy and ease to life.
Once you have a fundamental understanding of trauma it has an immediate reflective impact, which can bring about positive change in an instant and improve your relationships with Self, family, friends and colleagues.
Presentations are relevant to all people and are aimed at supporting parents, families, education workers, sporting clubs, workplaces and the broader community.
